Today we did some fighting practice were we did ten kicks then ten burpies and then ten skips then we did nine kicks nine burpies and ten skips and so on till we get to zero.

12 minute run
on Thursday we had the 12 minute run it is a run of 200 meter square and you have to run around it as many times as you can it 12 minutes

today we had focusing skills with mr sparks we had to make a freeze frame on a topic it was hard because I t was hard to stand still for so long without moving and also coming up with a story and narrator part
